Vice President Product Manager – UK & Europe Deposits & Investments

About the role

Citi is seeking a Vice President Product Manager to lead its deposit and investment products across the UK and Europe. You will shape strategy, drive product launches, and ensure regulatory compliance while working within a global liquidity management services team.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the subject‑matter expert for standard liquidity products such as deposits, time deposits, overdrafts, credit interest and related taxes.
• Oversee compliance with Depositor Protection regulations across the UK & Europe cluster.
• Support the implementation of a global Depositor Protection reporting framework.
• Manage currency expansion and ensure product processes meet regulatory and internal policy requirements.
• Contribute to strategic product roadmaps, launches, and marketing initiatives.
• Develop client value propositions, pricing, segmentation and channel strategies to strengthen market position.
• Drive product enhancements based on market trends and client needs.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in product management within financial services.
• Strong knowledge of deposit products and regulatory environments in the UK and Europe.
• Proven ability to set strategy, lead cross‑functional teams and manage budgets.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
