Visual Manager – Fashion Retail

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Visual Manager to lead visual merchandising in a fast‑paced, fashion‑forward retail store. You will be responsible for creating compelling visual displays that drive sales and enhance the customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high‑standard visual merchandising throughout the store.
• Drive customer service levels and ensure an outstanding shopping experience.
• Lead, inspire and manage the store management team.
• Oversee people, service, operations and product management.
• Generate sales, meet KPI targets, manage budgets and P&L.
• Maintain commercial visual standards and store presentation.
• Train, coach and develop staff through one‑to‑one sessions and succession planning.

Required profile

• Currently employed as a Visual Manager, Assistant Manager, Floor Manager, Store Manager or Department Manager.
• 2‑3 years of retail visual and management experience.
• Strong passion for visual merchandising with an eye for detail.
• Experience in fashion is desirable; experience in footwear, accessories, clothing or big‑box retail is also relevant.
• Proven ability to inspire teams and exceed KPI targets.
• Experience managing turnover of over £500k is an advantage.
