Visual Sales Manager – Fashion Retail

About the role

We are seeking a Visual Sales Manager to lead a high‑performing fashion retail store in West Thurrock. You will combine visual merchandising expertise with sales leadership to create an engaging customer experience and drive revenue in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong visual merchandising standards across the store.
• Drive customer service excellence and inspire the management team.
• Oversee people, service, operations and product management.
• Generate sales, manage KPIs, budgets and P&L performance.
• Ensure commercial visual standards are consistently met.
• Train, coach and develop staff through one‑to‑one sessions and succession planning.

Required profile

• Current experience as a Visual Manager, Assistant Manager, Floor Manager, Store Manager or Department Manager.
• 2‑3 years of retail visual and management experience.
• Passion for visual merchandising with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience in fashion retail is desirable; experience in footwear, accessories, clothing or big‑box retail is also valued.
• Proven ability to inspire teams and exceed KPI targets.
• Experience managing turnover of over £500k is an advantage.
