About the role
Join Hayley Dexis as an Internal Sales Executive, supporting customers from our West Thurrock branch. You will be the first point of contact for enquiries, handling phone calls and walk‑in customers while delivering expert product knowledge.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to incoming enquiries and customer queries via phone and in‑person.
- Process orders and prepare accurate quotations.
- Follow up on outstanding enquiries and identify upsell opportunities.
- Provide product advice and assistance at the trade counter.
- Maintain records of interactions and ensure timely order fulfilment.
Required profile
- Prior internal sales or customer‑service experience.
- Confident, proactive and able to handle a variety of tasks.
- Background in engineering, manufacturing or related sectors is desirable.
- Experience with procurement processes is advantageous.
