Waiter/Waitress – 116 Pall Mall, London

About the role

Searcys is seeking enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress staff to join the team at its historic 116 Pall Mall venue in the heart of London. You will be the front‑line ambassador, delivering a seamless dining experience for guests attending restaurant service and private events.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, friendly service to all guests.
• Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure timely delivery.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of restaurant areas and event spaces.
• Support and mentor junior commis waiters.
• Follow all company policies, health & safety standards, and training procedures.
• Liaise with kitchen and bar teams to maintain service consistency.
• Handle guest requests courteously and refer issues to the line manager when needed.

• Excellent communication skills.
• Hands‑on, proactive attitude.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for food and beverage service.
• Strong time‑management and organisational abilities.
