Waiter/Waitress – Front of House Team

About the role

Join the front‑of‑house team at SUSHISAMBA Covent Garden and create memorable experiences for guests. You will welcome diners, deliver food and beverage service with a friendly and efficient approach, and ensure every visit is flawless from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, providing a warm welcome.
• Take orders, answer menu questions and upsell signature dishes and drinks.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.
• Communicate orders and special requests clearly to the kitchen.
• Maintain a professional and courteous presence throughout the shift.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Head Waiter/Waitress or Waiter/Waitress in a fast‑paced, high‑quality restaurant.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Previous lounge/bar experience and knowledge of private dining rooms is preferred.
• Flexibility to work any five days between Monday and Sunday, including late finishes.
• Respect for diversity and a commitment to uphold service standards.
