About the role
Join the Defence catering team at Compass Group UK&I as a full‑time waiter or waitress. You will be the face of the business, delivering exceptional service to guests across a variety of high‑security environments.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and look after guests, ensuring they leave delighted.
- Serve customers with a seamless, personalised experience.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu and make recommendations.
- Represent Compass Group UK&I and uphold a positive brand image.
- Comply with food handling, hygiene standards and health & safety regulations.
Required profile
- Passion for delivering outstanding service with a friendly smile.
- Initiative and sound decision‑making for customer benefit.
- Excellent team player with strong communication skills.
- Desire to succeed and ability to work under pressure.
