Waiter/Waitress – Full‑time at Barbican Bar & Grill

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Waiter or Waitress to join the team at the Barbican Bar & Grill in London. You will support floor managers in delivering seamless service to guests in a world‑class arts venue.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the dining experience.
• Run sections, take orders, process payments and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks.
• Set up tables and required equipment before service.
• Collaborate with kitchen, floor, and reception staff to maintain standards.
• Handle customer queries and resolve service issues promptly.
• Adhere to all company policies, health & safety, food safety and licensing regulations.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands‑on, proactive attitude with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Passion for food and beverage service.
• Excellent time‑management and organisational abilities.
