About the role
Join Compass Group UK & Ireland as a Waiting Staff member supporting the Defence sector. You will work full‑time (36 hours per week) delivering a friendly, personalised dining experience to staff and visitors across a range of secure military and government sites.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and ensure they leave delighted.
- Take orders, serve food and beverages, and maintain a seamless, personalised service.
- Provide menu knowledge and make recommendations.
- Uphold Compass Group’s brand image and adhere to food handling, hygiene and health‑and‑safety standards.
Required profile
- Passion for outstanding customer service with a smile.
- Ability to take initiative, make decisions for guests and work well under pressure.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
- Desire to succeed and grow within the role.
