About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic Waiting Staff on a zero‑hours casual basis to represent Compass Group UK&I within the Defence sector. You will be the face of the business, delivering exceptional customer service to guests across a variety of military, government and energy sites.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and ensure they leave delighted.
- Serve customers, providing a seamless and personalised experience.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu and make recommendations.
- Uphold Compass Group’s brand image and adhere to food handling, hygiene and health‑and‑safety standards.
Required profile
- Passion for delivering outstanding service with a friendly attitude.
- Ability to take initiative, make decisions for customers and work well under pressure.
- Excellent team player with strong communication skills.
- Desire to succeed in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
