Warehouse Operative – 12‑hour rotating shifts

About the role

We are expanding our manufacturing site in Coleraine and are looking for Warehouse Operatives to join our team. The role works on a 3‑week rotating schedule of 12‑hour day and night shifts, supporting the flow of finished goods, raw materials and packaging in a fast‑paced food‑manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the movement of finished products, raw materials and packaging throughout the warehouse.
• Wrap, label and dispatch pallets in accordance with procedures.
• Follow safety standards, report non‑compliance and conduct equipment inspections.
• Record operational data in SAP and perform weekly inventory cycle counts.
• Operate warehouse vehicles safely and support sample testing and inspection activities.
• Maintain clean and organised work areas.

Required profile

• Strong written, numerical and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience in a fast‑paced warehouse or stores role, preferably within food manufacturing.
• Certification to operate pallet trucks and, preferably, counterbalance, reach and shunter trucks.
• Computer literate with ability to use MS Office and SAP.
• Proactive, problem‑solving attitude and ability to work well in a team.
