Warehouse Operative – 3‑Shift Rotating Role

About the role

GXO Logistics is seeking a motivated Warehouse Operative to join its team in Lisburn, supporting a major American customer, Coca‑Cola. This permanent, full‑time position works on a three‑week rotating shift pattern, offering a dynamic and varied work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
• Load and unload vehicles, completing all associated paperwork.
• Replenish stock, manage stock rotation and perform pallet top‑ups.
• Enter data and complete admin tasks using warehouse management systems.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, productivity and health & safety.

Required profile

• Previous warehouse experience with a solid understanding of inventory processes.
• Ability to work flexibly across three rotating shifts, including occasional Saturdays.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a positive, can‑do attitude.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and health‑and‑safety awareness.

Required skills

• Experience operating MHE (material handling equipment) – desirable but not mandatory.
• Computer literacy for using warehouse management systems.
