Warehouse Operative – 4 on 4 off Shifts (£12.80/hr)

About the role
We are seeking a Warehouse Operative for a multi‑client site in Selby, North Yorkshire. The role operates on a fixed 4‑on‑4‑off roster, covering both day and night shifts, and offers a competitive hourly rate.
Key responsibilities
- Unload and load lorries safely and efficiently.
- Receive goods, put away stock, and maintain accurate inventory.
- Pick and pack orders to meet customer requirements.
- Maintain hygiene standards within the warehouse.
Required profile
- Physically fit with the ability to walk, lift and move stock regularly.
- Good spoken English and the ability to follow instructions.
- Attention to detail and ability to work flexibly across tasks.
- Previous picking/packing experience.
Required skills
- Experience with manual handling and warehouse equipment.
What we offer
- Hourly rate of £12.80, overtime at £15.47.
- 4‑on‑4‑off shift pattern (6 am‑6 pm or 6 pm‑6 am).
- Potential temporary‑to‑permanent placement.
- On‑site support, free parking, PPE and full training.
