About the role
Insight Employment is recruiting a Warehouse Operative/Delivery Driver for a leading supplier of premium meat, poultry and deli products in Banbury. The role combines warehouse duties with occasional chilled‑vehicle deliveries to customers.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out standard warehouse tasks such as receiving, picking, packing and stock control.
- Operate a chilled van to perform multi‑drop deliveries of meat and poultry products.
- Load and unload goods safely, ensuring temperature‑controlled handling.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and stock movements.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment.
- Experience driving a 3.5 t or multi‑drop van.
- Full UK driving licence held for at least two years with no more than six points and no CD, DD, DR, IN endorsements.
- Physically fit and aged 25 years or older.
Required skills
- Warehouse operations.
- Van driving and route planning.
- Operation of chilled vehicles.
What we offer
- Competitive hourly rate of £13.00‑£13.50 depending on experience.
- Full‑time hours, Monday‑Friday 05:00‑16:30.
- Temporary (fixed‑term) contract.
