Warehouse Operative – Early Shift (Gloucester)

About the role
Join UPS as a Warehouse Operative at our Gloucester site, where you’ll help move and sort packages in a fast‑paced environment. The role starts as part‑time with the potential to become full‑time, offering a clear path for progression within a Fortune Global 500 company.
Key responsibilities
- Work the early shift from 04:30 am to 07:45 am, Monday to Friday.
- Move, sort, and load packages efficiently in a busy warehouse.
- Follow safety procedures and work accurately at speed.
- Double‑check work throughout the shift to ensure accuracy.

- Excellent communication with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Flexible, friendly, and team‑oriented attitude.
- Strong initiative, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Capability to follow instructions precisely.
