Warehouse Operative – Flexible Multi‑Temp Logistics

About the role

Join the UK’s only flexible multi‑temperature, shared customer delivery logistics network as a Warehouse Operative. You will help pick, pack and dispatch products for leading food and drink brands while ensuring a top‑class experience for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately pick and dispatch goods using voice‑picking technology.
• Check product quality, shelf life and packaging robustness before delivery.
• Assemble and stack products to the highest standard for clients.
• Collaborate with team members to meet corporate goals and operational KPIs.
• Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, health and safety legislation.
• Adopt a “clean as you go” approach and support cross‑departmental efficiency.
• Assist with audits and perform any additional duties as required.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, committed and driven with a can‑do attitude.
• Previous experience in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.
• Willingness to work a 5‑day rolling rota, including weekends and bank/public holidays.
• Focus on continuous improvement for self, team and business.
