Warehouse Operative

About the role

Our client, a well‑established private company, is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operative to join their team in High Wycombe. The position is full‑time, Monday to Thursday 9:00‑17:30 and Friday 9:00‑17:00, offering a competitive salary up to £30,000 per year plus bonus and benefits.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with off‑loading containers and loading/unloading courier vans.
• Maintain a clean and tidy warehouse environment.
• Perform occasional re‑packing of products as required.
• Conduct stock‑taking and relocate stock according to instructions.

Required profile

• Previous experience working in a warehouse setting.
• General knowledge of health and safety practices (training provided).
• Ability to operate pallet pump trucks (training provided).
• Willingness to learn to operate F1 Very Narrow Aisle Truck, E2 Order Picker, and B1 Counterbalance truck.
• Fast, accurate work with strong attention to detail.
• Team‑player attitude with the ability to work independently.
