Warehouse Operative – Late Shift

About the role

Join a leading logistics organisation as a Warehouse Operative on the late shift (2 pm‑10 pm). The role starts as a 12‑week temporary assignment with the possibility of a permanent position, based at Milton Park in Didcot.

Key responsibilities

• Perform hand‑ball handling and lifting tasks for incoming and outgoing goods.
• Transition to picking duties, accurately fulfilling customer orders.
• Label, store and organise items correctly.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace in line with health‑and‑safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets.
• Report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor.
• Assist with inventory management when required.

Required profile

• Strong physical stamina and ability to perform demanding manual tasks.
• Keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to follow instructions.
• Positive attitude and good teamwork skills.
