About the role
24-7 Staffing is recruiting warehouse operatives for a busy warehouse team in Newcastle-under-Lyme, working night shifts from 6:00 PM until about 5:00 AM. The pattern is five days out of seven, and previous warehouse experience is beneficial but full training is provided.
Key responsibilities
- Loading and unloading deliveries.
- Working on chutes and operating powered pallet trucks after training.
- Keeping work areas clean and tidy, including sweeping and general warehouse cleaning.
- Following health and safety procedures and management instructions.
Required profile
- Reliable attendance and good timekeeping.
- Availability to work 5 days out of 7, including weekends as required.
- Flexibility to stay until the shift finishes, as finishing times depend on workload.
- Ability to carry out manual handling and work in a busy warehouse.
- Willingness to complete all allocated duties, including cleaning.
- Safety footwear is required.
What we offer
- Pay of £14.10 per hour before 10:00 PM and £16.22 per hour from 10:00 PM onwards.
- Full training provided.
