About the role
Join a busy logistics operation in Banbury as a Warehouse Order Picker. You will work on a fixed shift schedule, either mornings or afternoons, in a supportive team environment.
Key responsibilities
- Pick customer orders accurately using handheld scanners.
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining speed and quality.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organised and safe.
- Assist colleagues to ensure timely dispatch of orders.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and a positive work ethic.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform manual handling safely.
- Reliability, punctuality and commitment to shift schedules.
- Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not essential – full training provided.
