Warehouse & Production Assistant

About the role

This temporary, full‑time position supports a small team in a fast‑paced warehouse and production environment. You will spend most of the day handling inventory, relabelling products and keeping internal systems and Excel spreadsheets up to date.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer orders and ensure accurate preparation and dispatch.
• Program components using specialised production software and equipment.
• Label products according to customer specifications and manage part numbers.
• Enter and update data in the company ERP system.
• Prepare, pack and dispatch orders while maintaining high quality standards.

Required profile

• Good Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
• Experience using computer‑based systems such as ERP or CRM.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
• Positive, reliable work ethic with GCSEs (or equivalent) in core subjects.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, assembly or order processing is advantageous but not essential.
