Warehouse Selector – Full-time

About the role
As a Selector at Aldi in Queenborough you will be the backbone of the store’s fulfilment process, picking items accurately and ensuring orders are ready for dispatch. You will work in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment, using a headset to receive instructions and operating equipment safely.
Key responsibilities
- Select products accurately to meet picking targets.
- Follow instructions and double‑check paperwork for accuracy.
- Operate Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) safely and efficiently (training provided).
Required profile
- Hardworking and ready for a physical, fast‑paced role.
- Reliable, flexible and able to adapt to a dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail, especially when handling stock.
Required skills
- Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) operation.

- Competitive hourly pay of £14.93.
- 25+ hours per week with shift lengths of 7‑8 hours.
