Washroom Service Technician – London (Full‑time)

About the role

Join PHS Group Limited as a Washroom Service Technician, responsible for managing a dedicated route of commercial customers across London. You will deliver essential washroom hygiene services, ensuring facilities remain clean, safe and compliant.

Key responsibilities

• Collect feminine hygiene, nappy and washroom waste from customer premises.
• Service, replace and restock washroom products.
• Install and maintain PHS‑branded equipment.
• Complete service and compliance records for each visit.
• Provide courteous, professional customer service on every call.

Required profile

• Full UK manual driving licence held for at least 12 months with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
• Strong attendance record and commitment to high standards.
• Right to work in the UK and ability to pass an enhanced DBS check.

• £13.84 per hour (£28,784 basic salary) plus a performance‑based bonus scheme.

• 40 guaranteed hours per week, Monday‑Friday schedule.
