Wastewater & Sewer Network Trainer (Technician/Engineer)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Wastewater and Sewer Network professional to join our training team. In this role you will deliver engaging training programmes that cover the operation and maintenance of wastewater and sewer networks, helping to shape the next generation of utilities engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver hybrid training sessions (online and on‑site) on wastewater and sewer network operations.
• Provide practical, hands‑on instruction covering inspections, blockage investigations, jetting, and emergency response.
• Support learners throughout their development, answering queries and offering guidance.
• Collaborate with the training team to continuously improve course content and delivery methods.

Required profile

• Extensive hands‑on experience in wastewater operations, sewer network maintenance or related drainage infrastructure.
• Familiarity with activities such as sewer inspections, blockage investigations, jetting, network maintenance, emergency response and wastewater asset maintenance.
• Strong desire to share knowledge and develop others – teaching experience is not required.
• Valid full UK driving licence.
