Wealth Manager – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Wealth Manager to help train and evaluate AI chatbots that assist finance professionals. You will use your finance expertise to shape how AI understands macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets, ensuring the models deliver accurate and reliable advice.

Key responsibilities

• Review and improve AI Assistant answers to questions about macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Check the reasoning and accuracy of AI outputs using your education and work experience.
• Challenge models with complex, real‑world scenarios and edge cases to test their limits.
• Provide clear, structured feedback that makes each new AI version smarter and more reliable.
• Evaluate AI‑generated content for correctness and performance.

Required profile

• Fluent in English at native or bilingual level.
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
• Proficient in financial analysis, financial modeling, and data analysis.
• Advanced degree (MBA or higher) preferred but not mandatory.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom and able to work independently.
