About the role

Join a well‑established B2B digital agency delivering web projects for ambitious SMEs and recognised global brands. This hybrid position (three days in the Peterborough office, two days remote) offers a £33,000 salary and the chance to work across the full project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain WordPress websites, including custom themes and plugins.
• Translate Figma or Sketch designs into responsive, high‑performance code.
• Participate in client workshops, shape solutions, and present work.
• Conduct cross‑browser and device testing, SEO and accessibility improvements.
• Collaborate with designers, content specialists, and senior developers in a non‑siloed environment.

Required profile

• Strong commercial experience with WordPress.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS/SASS, JavaScript and PHP.
• Experience in responsive development and website performance optimisation.
• Comfort with version control (Git) and translating design files into code.
