Weekend Beauty Therapist Trainer

About the role

FACEGYM is seeking a Weekend Beauty Therapist Trainer to lead our signature facial fitness workouts. You will work in our Central London studio, delivering high‑quality treatments while ensuring every client enjoys a five‑star experience from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver facial workouts following FACEGYM protocols.
• Promote and sell workouts, retail products, and home‑care solutions both in‑studio and at the front desk.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the client journey.
• Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain clean, organised, and fully stocked workstations in line with health and safety standards.
• Operate POS and booking systems (Zenoti) efficiently.
• Stay up‑to‑date with skincare products, treatments, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with team and management to ensure smooth studio operations.

Required profile

• NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification or equivalent.
• Experience in beauty, retail, or spa environments.
• Strong customer service and sales abilities.
• Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Positive, adaptable and able to stay calm under pressure.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and a team player.
• Ability to stand for extended periods (6–8 hour shifts).
• Flexible to work weekdays and weekends.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS systems.
• Experience using the Zenoti booking platform.
