About the role
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting experienced welders for Rittal CSM in Roborough, Plymouth. This full‑time night‑shift role offers long‑term stability, career progression and competitive hourly pay within a busy production environment.
Key responsibilities
- Perform welding on steel, aluminium and stainless‑steel components.
- Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain high‑quality welding standards with strong attention to detail.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily output targets.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a welder.
- Ability to produce precise, high‑quality welds.
- Willingness to work permanent night shifts (Sunday‑Thursday, 11 pm‑7 am).
- Reliable, safety‑conscious and quality‑driven.
- Ability to pass a basic DBS check prior to starting.
