Wholesale Coordinator – French Speaking

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Wholesale Coordinator to join our team in Milton Keynes on a hybrid basis. You will act as the primary point of contact for French‑market retailers, delivering professional support through phone, live‑chat and email.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop relationships with existing retail and online retail clients in French‑speaking markets.
• Provide high‑quality customer service, handling enquiries promptly via telephone, fax, email or web portal.
• Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all documentation is complete.
• Support new customer onboarding and assist with initial enquiries.
• Proactively work on customer retention initiatives.

Required profile

• Fluent in French (both spoken and written).
• Strong customer focus with a professional attitude.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Good computer literacy and a positive “can‑do” mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
