Wholesale Sales & Operations Executive – Luxury Fashion

About the role

An established British luxury outerwear brand is recruiting a Wholesale Sales & Operations Executive to support its womenswear wholesale business. Reporting to the Head of Wholesale, the role works with premium retail partners and covers the journey from seasonal selling to final delivery. It is based on Baker Street, London, five days a week in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Support wholesale accounts and build strong relationships with retail partners.
• Assist with seasonal sell-in, buyer appointments and order writing.
• Manage wholesale orders from entry and confirmation through to delivery and invoicing.
• Work closely with production, logistics, merchandising and finance teams.
• Monitor stock, coordinate reorders and resolve delivery queries.
• Support sales reporting, forecasting and commercial analysis.
• Help prepare showrooms, samples and collections for market weeks and buyer appointments.

Required profile

• Retail experience is essential.
• Experience in wholesale sales, operations or account support is a strong advantage.
• Interest in luxury fashion, ideally womenswear or premium apparel.
• Excellent organisation, attention to detail and communication skills.
• Confidence managing multiple priorities and working with different teams.
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.

Required skills

• Good Excel skills.
• ERP or wholesale system experience is beneficial.

The salary is £40,000-£45,000 per annum, with no bonus scheme. Travel is required for showroom support, market appointments and trade events.
