Wills and Planning Chartered Legal Executive (Remote/Flexible)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Wills and Planning Chartered Legal Executive to join our estate‑planning team. The role offers flexible working – either fully remote, on‑site in Bristol, or a hybrid mix – with no billable targets, allowing you to focus on quality and client service.

Key responsibilities

• Review and ensure the legal and technical accuracy of wills, trusts and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
• Provide feedback and technical support to colleagues throughout case progression.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality‑assurance processes.
• Support the estate‑planning team by answering queries and handling ad‑hoc requests.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor, CILEX, STEP or equivalent experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of estate planning, will drafting and tax considerations.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

What we offer

• Salary starting from £33,000 up to £45,000 per year.
