Wills and Planning Legal Counsel – Private Client Supervision Manager

About the role

Join our estate planning team as a Wills and Planning Legal Counsel, supervising private client matters and ensuring the highest quality of wills, trusts and lasting powers of attorney. This position offers flexible working hours, no billable targets and the chance to contribute to an innovative, ethical legal business.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with experienced solicitors and technical professionals to support file quality and progression.
• Review and verify the legal and technical accuracy of wills, trusts and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
• Provide feedback and recommend changes to meet clients' estate planning objectives.
• Liaise closely with the estate planning team, offering technical support and guidance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards through rigorous quality‑assurance processes.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor, CILEX, STEP or equivalent experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of estate planning with solid wills‑writing experience.
• Experience in tax planning related to lifetime estate planning.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
