Window & Door Order Processor – Bristol

About the role

We are seeking a Window & Door Order Processor to join a thriving trade‑counter business in Bristol. You will be the key point of contact for quoting and processing customer orders for a wide range of windows and doors.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries, verify specifications and generate quotations using a Window Designer‑style program.
• Chase up quotes, confirm orders, process payments and ensure accurate order entry.
• Liaise with suppliers, keep customers updated and deliver a high level of service.
• Meet and greet customers in the trade counter and support day‑to‑day branch operations as needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience in order processing for windows and/or doors (essential).
• Familiarity with Window Designer or similar quoting software (highly advantageous).
• Methodical approach with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team‑oriented attitude.

What we offer

• Basic salary of £30,000 plus an uncapped commission structure, targeting an OTE of £40,000.
