Womenswear Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Womenswear Account Manager to join our dynamic team in London. You will work closely with high‑street retailers and supermarkets, supporting the smooth delivery of multi‑product fashion collections while developing your career in the fashion and textiles industry.

Key responsibilities

• Manage key client accounts, including major high‑street retailers and supermarkets.
• Assist in coordinating the development and delivery of womenswear collections across categories such as tailoring, outerwear, soft wovens and jersey fabrics.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their needs, ensure expectations are met and build strong professional relationships.
• Collaborate with design teams to translate concepts into final products.
• Liaise with production teams to oversee order progress, adhere to timelines and uphold quality standards.
• Prepare sales presentations, product samples and relevant documentation for client engagements.
• Monitor project timelines and coordinate logistics from initial design through to delivery.

Required profile

• Previous experience working with a fashion supplier in the UK.
• Excellent organisational skills and a strong eye for detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and support cross‑departmental coordination.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with industry‑specific software is advantageous.
