Workday Analyst – Global Commodities Company (London)

About the role
We are seeking a Workday Analyst to own and evolve the Workday platform for a fast‑growing global commodities business operating in more than 100 countries. You will act as the internal subject‑matter expert, ensuring the system delivers maximum value across HR, Finance and IT functions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and optimise Workday performance, stability and data integrity.
- Configure business processes, workflows, security settings and reporting.
- Provide day‑to‑day support, troubleshoot issues and deliver solutions.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance and IT to gather requirements and implement improvements.
- Develop reports and dashboards to support decision‑making.
- Maintain documentation, governance standards and best‑practice processes.
- Support Workday releases, testing and rollout of new functionality.
- Drive automation, continuous improvement and user adoption globally.
Required profile
- Proven experience supporting and configuring Workday, preferably across HCM and/or Financials.
- Strong understanding of Workday business processes, reporting and data structures.
- Experience maintaining data quality and governance within Workday.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and deliver practical solutions.
- Experience working with cross‑functional stakeholders in HR, Finance and IT.
