About the role

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement integration strategies for Workday, Workday Accounting Center, and Prism.
• Streamline the integration inventory and share best practices across projects.
• Lead rapid deployments and full‑scale transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with clients to maximize their Workday investment and drive business value.
• Provide technical guidance to functional leads and junior integration specialists.

Required profile

• Manager or Senior Manager level with extensive Workday integration experience.
• Proven ability to lead complex, multi‑system integration projects.
• Strong communication skills to interact with international clients and internal teams.
