Workforce and Financial Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Workforce and Financial Analyst to join our Private Banking division in Glasgow. You will combine workforce analysis with financial modelling, using data manipulation and automation to help the business meet its strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and analyse business problems and client requirements that drive change.
• Develop detailed business requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet expectations.
• Support the creation of business cases and conduct feasibility studies for proposed initiatives.
• Produce progress reports, operational designs and process designs to keep projects on time and within budget.
• Assist change‑management activities, including the development of traceability matrices to embed solutions.

Required profile

• Experience with workforce analysis and familiarity with HR/finance systems such as Workday, SAP Fieldglass and Coupa.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to map, optimise and automate processes.
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders and influence decision‑making.
