About the role
Envirogen is looking for an experienced Workshop Supervisor to lead its workshop operations. You will be responsible for overseeing daily activities, ensuring efficient maintenance and repair processes, and fostering a safe and productive environment for the team.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a team of technicians and mechanics, providing guidance and support.
- Coordinate repair schedules to meet project deadlines.
- Maintain inventory of parts and equipment, ensuring availability.
- Collaborate with other departments to support water and wastewater treatment projects.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and uphold high quality and safety standards.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a workshop supervisor or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance practices.
- Excellent organisational and team‑management abilities.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in water, wastewater, or industrial environments is preferred.
- Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Relevant technical qualifications or certifications.
