Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) Delivery Lead

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) Delivery Lead to drive a large‑scale Zero Trust transformation programme for a global enterprise. The role will define strategy, own the target‑state architecture and lead delivery across multiple business units in a federated technology landscape. You will work hybrid, spending two days per week on site in Cambridge or Peterborough.

Key responsibilities

• Define and champion an enterprise‑wide Zero Trust strategy and multi‑year roadmap covering identity, device, network, application and data security.
• Own the target‑state Zero Trust architecture, develop reference designs, implementation standards and governance models.
• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of the Zero Trust workstream, managing scope, timelines, budgets, risks and dependencies.
• Establish governance structures, produce executive reports and secure senior sponsorship.
• Manage third‑party vendors and delivery partners to ensure performance against agreed outcomes.
• Collaborate with security, architecture, infrastructure and technology teams to drive adoption and alignment.
• Support change‑management, communications and business adoption activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large, complex cyber‑security or Zero Trust programmes in a global enterprise.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior executives.
• Excellent programme leadership, risk and budget management skills.
• Experience working in a federated technology environment with multiple business units.
