AI Curriculum Developer – Remote (Full‑time)

About the role

Corndel is seeking a Curriculum Developer focused on AI to join its Product team. The role is remote with occasional face‑to‑face meetings and offers a competitive salary based on experience. You will help shape a suite of AI‑driven learning products that enable learners to build practical capability in AI, automation and low‑code solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop high‑quality e‑learning modules, workshops, assessments, templates and guidance documents for AI‑related topics.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts, product managers and delivery colleagues to align content with commercial, regulatory and apprenticeship standards.
• Ensure learning pathways are engaging, accessible and occupationally relevant for levels 3 and 4 programmes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the wider Corndel curriculum portfolio as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience in curriculum or instructional design, preferably in technology or AI domains.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear learning material.
• Ability to work independently and manage stakeholder relationships across product, sales and compliance teams.

Required skills

• Understanding of AI concepts and automation workflows.
• Experience with no‑code and low‑code platforms for building learning solutions.
