AI Services Consultant II – French/German Speaker (London/Lisbon)

About the role

Zendesk is building an AI Delivery team to help customers implement and adopt its AI‑powered Resolution Platform. As an AI Services Consultant II you will act as the technical and product expert, guiding customers through configuration, integration and optimisation of AI solutions. You will work closely with customers to remove roadblocks, ensure rapid time‑to‑value and drive measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on implementation and optimisation of Zendesk AI products.
• Facilitate change‑management and training sessions to ensure smooth adoption.
• Lead end‑to‑end project delivery, defining scope, timelines and stakeholder alignment.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales and other internal teams to resolve technical challenges.
• Ensure AI solutions align with customer business goals and deliver measurable improvements.
• Provide ongoing support and optimisation post‑deployment.
• Document configurations and best practices.
• Advise on integration choices and design decisions.
• Track adoption metrics and report on AI impact.

Required profile

• Strong consulting experience with ability to assess client needs and develop strategic solutions.
• Excellent communication skills in English and fluency in French or German.
• Project‑management expertise to drive timely delivery.

• Technical expertise in AI‑powered platforms (Zendesk AI products).
