Job description
About the role
We are seeking mechanical engineers to train and improve advanced AI models. You will apply your technical expertise to create and evaluate engineering challenges, helping AI reason through complex problems such as fluid dynamics and structural mechanics.
Key responsibilities
- Design domain‑specific engineering problems covering FEA, heat transfer, kinematics, fluid dynamics, and material science to test AI performance.
- Write detailed, step‑by‑step ground‑truth solutions that serve as benchmarks for AI learning.
- Audit AI‑generated outputs—including CAD logic, thermodynamic proofs, and material specifications—for technical accuracy, safety, and compliance with standards (e.g., ASME, ISO).
- Identify logical flaws in AI reasoning and provide structured feedback to improve model behavior.
- Complete task‑based assignments independently with full schedule flexibility.
Required profile
- Master’s or PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a closely related field (pursuing or completed).
- Strong knowledge of solid mechanics, fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, CAD/CAM, or manufacturing processes.
- Excellent technical writing ability to communicate complex phenomena clearly.
- High attention to detail when reviewing mathematical derivations, unit conversions, and system constraints.
- No prior AI experience required.
