Apprentice Renewable Engineer – Gas & Heating

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Apprentice Renewable Engineers, focusing on domestic gas and heating systems. This apprenticeship offers hands‑on experience in the heating engineering sector while supporting our mission to deliver energy‑efficient, safe, and compliant homes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist qualified Gas & Renewable Engineers with installation, maintenance, and repair of gas systems.
• Help identify and diagnose issues with gas equipment and related renewable technologies.
• Follow safety protocols and regulatory guidelines on every site.
• Participate in structured training sessions to build technical knowledge.
• Complete assigned tasks accurately and with attention to detail.

Required profile

• A genuine interest in a career within domestic plumbing and heating.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical mindset.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Basic understanding of mechanical and technical concepts (a plus).
