Architect/Project Runner – London

About the role

We are seeking an Architect/Project Runner to join an established architecture practice delivering high‑end residential projects across prime London neighbourhoods. The role offers full involvement from concept design through to completion, working closely with clients and the design team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and present design concepts for bespoke private homes.
• Produce technical packages and construction documentation.
• Liaise directly with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage projects through all RIBA stages, including site supervision.
• Coordinate planning applications, UK planning processes and listed building consents.

Required profile

• Part III qualified architect with post‑qualification experience on high‑end residential projects in London.
• Confident in running projects through all RIBA stages.
• Good working knowledge of UK planning processes and listed building consents.
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
• High proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp; hand‑sketching skills are a plus.

What we offer

• Salary £40,000 – £47,000 depending on experience.
