Architectural Technologist – Hybrid (Southampton)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our growing practice in Southampton. The role supports high‑rise, mixed‑use, residential and commercial projects across multiple RIBA stages, working closely with design and delivery teams.

Key responsibilities

• Produce detailed technical drawing packages and construction documentation using Revit.
• Coordinate technical information with consultants, contractors and wider project teams.
• Ensure designs comply with UK building regulations and technical standards.
• Assist with planning submissions, technical detailing and project coordination.
• Attend project meetings and contribute to the successful delivery of live schemes.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience within an architectural practice.
• Strong experience delivering UK‑based projects, ideally high‑rise or mixed‑use.
• Excellent knowledge of UK building regulations.
• Ability to manage workload effectively, both independently and within a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit (essential).
