Main Missions

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring an exceptional service experience.
• Manage the full car buying process, from initial customer contact to closing the sale.
• Organize and manage your daily agenda to meet appointments and performance targets.
• Conduct professional vehicle evaluations and negotiate prices effectively.
• Collaborate closely with the back-office team and colleagues to ensure smooth branch operations.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
• Ability to work autonomously, prioritize workload, and perform under pressure.
• Customer-centric mindset with a focus on building long-lasting relationships.
• Must hold a full UK manual driving license.
• No prior automotive knowledge is required; we provide comprehensive training.
