Join a leading manufacturer of premium clothing and workwear as we expand our footprint across the UK. As an Area Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving brand growth, managing key retail relationships, and ensuring our products stand out in the marketplace.
Missions principales
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key retail buyers and decision-makers.
- Present new product collections and proactively promote special offers to drive sales.
- Manage stock levels, propose replenishment (reorders), and oversee returns and credit processes.
- Collaborate closely with the Business Development Manager to strategize and execute growth plans.
- Ensure high-quality visual merchandising by installing and maintaining in-store presentations.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Profil recherché
- Proven track record in field sales with a consistent history of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Strong experience within the retail sector, ideally in clothing or footwear.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working autonomously in a field-based role.
- Proficient in using CRM tools and generating accurate sales reports.

Ce que nous offrons
- Competitive base salary (£45,000 - £55,000+) with unlimited commission.
