Assistant Producer – Combat Sports

About the role

We are launching an ambitious combat‑sports project and need a creative Assistant Producer to help shape and deliver compelling content across digital, social, YouTube and broadcast platforms. You will work closely with a collaborative team to turn ideas into finished pieces that engage global audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and produce digital, social and broadcast content, including promos, features, interviews and live‑event coverage.
• Research stories, write briefs and help define original formats and recurring series.
• Plan and execute shoots, manage multi‑camera setups and location filming, and self‑shoot when required.
• Collaborate with editors, motion‑graphics designers and producers throughout post‑production.
• Maintain fast‑turnaround delivery for reactive event coverage and outside‑broadcast productions.

Required profile

• Creatively driven with strong editorial instincts and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to spot a story, shape ideas quickly and think visually from the outset.
• Experience producing promos, trailers, features, interviews, openers and social‑first content.
• Confident self‑editor with solid knowledge of pacing, shot selection and storytelling structure.
• Comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast‑moving production environment.
• Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.
• Passion for sport; combat‑sports knowledge is a plus.
• French or Spanish language skills are a bonus, not required.
