About the role
Fora is looking for an Assistant Workspace & Community Manager to lead the front‑of‑house experience across its design‑led co‑working locations. This 12‑month fixed‑term role combines hospitality, team leadership and member‑centric service in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Coach and develop a high‑performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and positivity.
- Deliver a seamless front‑of‑house experience, ensuring every member feels valued and inspired.
- Maintain impeccable building standards, health, safety and compliance requirements.
- Partner with the wider Fora team to ensure consistent delivery of the brand.
- Introduce ideas and energy to enhance member experiences and team engagement.
Required profile
- Experience in hospitality, retail or co‑working environments.
- Proven experience supervising or leading in a customer‑facing setting.
- Highly refined verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational abilities and a dedication to timely project completion.
- Detail‑oriented, comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and delivering exceptional customer service.
