As an Associate Territory Sales Manager, you will drive the adoption of Dexcom's life-changing CGM solutions across the Leicestershire and Lincolnshire regions, making a direct impact on diabetes management.

Main Missions

• Promote and drive the adoption of Dexcom CGM products among healthcare professionals (HCPs) within the community and primary diabetes care markets.
• Support the implementation of local access policies for CGM technologies to ensure patient availability.
• Identify and initiate new patient opportunities while strategically managing competitor switches.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with HCPs, key decision-makers, and internal stakeholders.
• Deliver high-quality product training and clinical demonstrations to healthcare providers.
• Manage your territory strategically using CRM tools and data analysis to identify growth opportunities and ensure sustainable sales performance.

Profile Required

• Proven experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare sales.
• Strong ability to build professional networks and influence key decision-makers in a clinical setting.
